UPDATE: Tweedy show is canceled today as Taste of Chicago shuts down due to weather.
Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy, who plans to release his first solo album, Sukierae in September, plays an afternoon set at Taste of Chicago Saturday. The new album also features Jeff’s son, Spencer, on drums. (No pressure kid!)
You can catch the Tweedy boys after opener Lucinda Williams’ 4 p.m. set. Some close seats are available for sale. Otherwise, the lawn is free.
