What a great double bill: Cass McCombs and Meat Puppets play Empty Bottle Thursday. McCombs is still touring his album Big Wheel and Others from last year, while Meat Puppets just put out a new record, Rat Farm, earlier this year.
These guys also made a split 7-inch tour record that gets an official release next week.
I saw McCombs at the Bottle last year and he was great. This should be a good one.
