The highly prolific Ty Segall plans to release an album of singles recorded from 2011-2013. The album, $ingle$ 2, is set for November 18 release.

Iceage made its US television debut on Revolt Live and performed The Lord’s Favorite and Forever from the excellent new album, Plowing Into the Field of Love. Watch here.

 

Parquet Courts releases its second album of the year, Content Nausea, this week. Scheduled for a digital release under the moniker Parkay Quarts, the 35-minute album is a cool extension of Sunbathing Animal.

 

Elsewhere, Father John Misty released a song, Bored in the USA, ahead of a new album and the Coathangers just covered the Gun Club.
