There are a handful of power pop bands that seem to effortlessly (and consistently) churn out blissful, infectiously catchy music. Going strong since the late ’80s and early ’90s, Matthew Sweet, the Posies and the great Canadian rockers Sloan lead the group.
Add to the list Nada Surf, another band that began in the early ’90s. Underrated, New York-based Nada Surf continues to churn out great music.
Nada Surf’s latest album, You Know Who You Are, is a winner, starting with anthemic opener Cold to See Clear.
