The sugar pop purveyors known as Whitney just released a video for the song You’ve Got a Woman.
If you assumed it was an original song, you are forgiven. It sounds like a Whitney song but it’s actually a cover of the fairly obscure ’70s Dutch group Lion.
The song appears on a new EP (available here and soon to be sold on 12-inch vinyl). The B side is a cover of a long-lost Dolly Parton song, Gonna Hurry As Slow As I Can.
This new video is an enticing lusty period romance story that’s doomed to go bad.
