Tickets go on sale Friday for Midwinter, a three-day music festival in Chicago featuring Kamasi Washington, Slowdive and more than two dozen other acts.
The event is being held at the Art Institute of Chicago where bands will be “performing amid masterpieces” from the museum’s collection.
There are a number of art-related events throughout the three days, February 15-17.
Oneohtrix Point Never join Washington and Slowdive as headliners. Other acts include Deerhunter, Panda Bear, Mount Eerie, Tortoise, Perfume Genius, Laurie Anderson, Joey Purp and Zola Jesus.
