Silver Tongue is the first album from New York’s Torres since her record label 4AD dropped her in 2018.
Luckily for us, Torres, aka Mackenzie Scott, is still making great music, now distributed by the venerable indie label Merge.
Silver Tongue unpacks a lot of style and emotion. It’s by far one of the best albums in this new year.
