Pretty Today is a song from Jordyn Blakely who performs as Smile Machine.

Blakely is an indie vet drummer (Bartees Strange’s band, Stove) and her debut five-song release as Smile Machine, Bye for Now, is expected out July 16.

I’ve given the EP a spin and it’s great. It has that ’80s and ’90s dreamy, fuzzy sound but also has the urgency of a new release. It’s definitely recommended.
