She’s Leaving You is the first single from MJ Lenderman’s upcoming album, Manning Fireworks.
It’s another slow burner from this awesome artist, who also performs with the band Wednesday.
Lenderman is playing a show at Logan Square Arts Festival Friday and another one a day before at Sleeping Village on Thursday.
The new album is expected out September 6.
If you haven’t checked out Lenderman’s duet with Waxahatchee, it’s worth a listen. The song, Right Back to It, appears on the very good album Tigers Blood.
