Roisin Murphy made the best electronic album I heard this year.
Fans of house and disco will find a lot to like in Roisin Machine, the Irish artist’s fresh and exciting fifth album.
“This album has been designed as one big landscape of sound, each track mixing into the next,” Murphy says in a Facebook post. “It represents the way I make music, how nothing is ever truly complete — one thing just leads to the next -– an extension of ideas.”
